Elevation Marketing is a mid-sized, full-service B2B only marketing communications agency, located in Gilbert, Arizona. Our client roster includes 45 companies with revenues of over $1B annually and a variety of other small and medium sized companies. We are adding to our team of outstanding, high-performing, ultra-driven, highly-collaborative team members to keep up with our clients and their demands on us. We’re looking for an Sr. Creative Traffic Manager preferably with agency experience.

The Sr. Creative Traffic Manager will work with the agency services and the production teams to organize and implement new and exciting client projects. Working in a team environment, the Sr. Creative Traffic Manager will manage internal and external creative resources, schedules, project plans and documentation to ensure all materials and information are present to meet project timelines. He or she will be responsible for creating accurate estimates for all levels of projects within the agency, in addition to Scopes of Work that accurately and thoroughly outline project milestones and deliverables. During project fulfillment, he or she will manage vendors, monitoring budgets and providing monthly reporting on budgets and timelines. The role is essential to the successful launch, management, and execution of new projects, so the candidate must be an organized and professional self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Due to the highly collaborative nature of agency work, this job is not remote and is based in our beautiful Gilbert office (Phoenix Area). The agency does provide two work from home days (or four half days) a month plus a solid PTO program and other agency benefits. The agency is also closed for a week from Christmas through New Year’s.

The ideal candidate will have experience in: 

  • Working with other Account & Project Managers, Traffic Managers, Strategist, Account Directors, and SMEs within the agency to understand project scope and requirements for estimates
  • Develop project estimates for new business and client projects
  • Work to assess labor allocations and determine key variables for external costs
  • Research vendor options/costs for various types of projects
  • Manage creative and marketing projects on an as needed basis.
  • Create project plans, budgets, and Scope of Work (SOW) documentation based on approved scope
  • Work on resource planning, availability, and allocation according to projects pipeline
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Track project performance, cost performance and schedule
  • Monitor vendor budgets
  • Track project deliverables due to Account Services team
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Build relationships with key vendors

Experience and Skill Sets

  • Experience creating project plans and budgets
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
  • Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
  • Advertising, marketing or PR agency experience
  • Understanding of design, print, digital, video and all other agency deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • 3-5 years of agency experience
  • Experience working with both traditional and digital media
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). High level of proficiency in Excel a plus
  • Experience using Workamajig a plus
